Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are avalible. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cabin Cup is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchendaise, please take a picture and email us the picture at cabincup.store@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
